Payment Policy

Charges for visits and services planned require payment prior to your visit, either online or in-person prior to your service. We do not accept insurance of any kind. We accept most forms of electronic payments, credit cards, Zelle and Cash App as well as Affirm financing.

Refund Policy - the basics

All transactions are to be considered final. No refunds will be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances. These include but are not limited to medications and injectables not arriving in time for your appointment, booking the wrong appointment type online or others at our discretion. Refund or credit for future services will be provided at our discretion as well.
